Registering as a New Patient

Your first check-up with us will be longer and more in-depth than a routine exam. All our new patients need to have an in-depth examination, which includes health screening, x-rays, confidential medical questionnaire and possibly photographs to analyse the structure of your face and smile. We also carry out dental charting along with a detailed gum examination and oral cancer screening.

You can expect your first visit to the practice to take approximately 30 minutes. At the end of the consultation appointment, you will know whether you need any additional treatment.

Most patients need to return every six months however this is based on your individual oral health. We may decide to see you sooner or in 12 months.
